It measures the person's self-image and reveals their main values, priorities, and interests. It allows predicting the degree of adjustment between the person and the organization (or context) in which they find themselves. See more.

It provides valuable feedback to build strategic self-awareness about negative behaviors; in this way, it facilitates their control and avoids the consequences associated with these behaviors.
